The bakers shop in Iran. Because it is Ramadan, the baker wears a covering over his mouth so he will not breathe in any of the flour.	A butchers shop. Most of the meat available was 'fat-tailed sheep".

Mud brick houses keep out the cold in eastern Iran. The nights were very cold. There were not a lot of tourists in this area and we caused quite a bit of excitement.	Workers in Istanbul ply their trade while the old men drink "chi" in the cafes.
